Shipping is free for all orders, no minimum purchase.

Goth Apparel takes 1 to 3 days to process the order and prepare it for shipment.

The estimated shipping times are from 4 to 9 days. The timing may vary depending on the province of residence.

Goth Apparel is not responsible if there are any delays due to the courier.

Once the shipment has been made, you will receive an email with a code to track your order.

If 20 business days have passed and you have not yet received your purchase, please send an email to contact@goth-apparel.com making sure to write your Name and Order number.

In the rare cases where the item is lost you will receive a refund equal to the amount you have spent or we will look for the best solution for you together.
